I need the BEST FREE! PC care/optimization software!?

Please anything. I’ve tried Ccleaner, Glary Utilities, Win Utilities. Advanced system care, Personal toolbox. Nothing did what it was supposed to. Just crap!

Like Arie said, CCleaner is fine.. What are you talking about, it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to? It deletes all the files/data from the places you specify, and cleans the registry as best it can if you’re running the Registry Cleaner..
