Which one is the best and why?
if no one of them,which one you use and recommend as a complete pc maintenance suite.
I’m using Vista OS

System Mechanic has been around a long time and has been recognized as one of the leaders in pc maintenance.
However, in my opinion they are like “peeing in the ocean” in their effectiveness in computer repair.

If users would have at least of couple layers of spyware protection, a good virus scan, and firewall installed – that would go a long way in prevention of problems.
