You must be 18+ and not pregnant or breastfeeding. Please disclose any concerns that may affect the tattoo process or healing before booking.

QUOTES

Quotes are valid for 8 weeks unless secured by booking and attending your appointment.

DESIGNS

Designs are only available for viewing on the day. Elysha strives to bring your vision to life and ensure that styles align! She allows time at the start of appointments to discuss minor changes in person.

Elysha does not copy other artists’ work or replicate existing tattoos.
Minor design adjustments must be requested at least 48 hours before your appointment so Elysha can prepare accordingly and confirm if there is time to accommodate these changes.
Significant design changes (including multiple revisions, reworks, or new concepts) are not permitted within 48 hours of your appointment and will result in a $100+ fee, rescheduling, or deposit forfeiture.
Completely changing your design idea on the day (to something not previously discussed) will result in a $100+ fee, rescheduling, or deposit forfeiture.
If you choose not to proceed with your tattoo on the day, your deposit will be forfeited, and an additional charge may apply to cover business costs, time, and supplies.

Your appointment time and quotes are determined by the details you have provided. Larger or more detailed tattoos will incur extra charges, and may be rescheduled to allow for more time; while smaller or simpler designs will not affect your quote as time has already been allotted accordingly.

Design type changes are at the artist’s discretion.

CANCELATIONS AND RESCHEDULES

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Further reschedules will forfeit the deposit.
If you intend to rebook but cannot confirm a new date within 8 weeks, your deposit may be refunded minus a $50 admin fee. This applies only if you remain in contact during that time.
If you cancel, fail to attend, or do not remain in contact within the 8-week period, your deposit will be forfeited and a new one required to book back in.
Arriving 15+ minutes late will result in cancellation and deposit forfeiture.
Failure to attend two appointments will prevent future bookings.

PREPARATION

DO NOT come to the appointment sunburnt, using numbing cream, wearing fake tan, or on antibiotics or accutane. If you do, you will be refused to be tattooed and this will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book back in.

MEDICATION & HEALTH

Please disclose any medical conditions or medications that may affect the tattooing process or healing. This includes, but is not limited to:

Recent use of antibiotics (must wait at least 4 weeks after final course)
Immune disorders or metabolic conditions (e.g. diabetes)
Steroid or acne creams used on the desired area
Accutane or retinol medications (must wait at least 6 months after final course)
Blood-thinning medications
Consumed alcohol within 24 hours of your appointment

AFTERCARE

It is your responsibility to look after your new tattoo and follow the instructions provided to get a good healed result. Failure to look after your tattoo will result in a distorted/faded/patchy result.

TOUCH UP

If you follow the aftercare, a touch-up should generally not be required. Fine-line tattoos heal softer/greyer due to the delicacy of the line work. If you’re wanting a bolder look, thicker lines need to be discussed prior to tattooing.

Failure to follow aftercare can result in a distorted, faded, or patchy result.

If needed, one complimentary touch-up is offered on week-days only if:

It’s a black ink tattoo
It’s booked & completed within 3 months of the original appointment
It’s not on hands, wrists, fingers, ankles, feet, neck, or ears
Aftercare was followed correctly

Additional charges apply if:

Tattoo is colour or grey-wash ($50+)
Touch-up is on high-wear areas (hands, wrists, fingers, ankles, feet, neck, ears) ($50+)
Appointment is cancelled/rescheduled within 48 hours ($50+)
No free touch ups on weekends ($150+)
The touch-up is outside the 3-month period ($150 - full recharge)
Aftercare was not followed/negligence during healing ($150 - full recharge)
You want the lines thicker ($150 - full recharge)
You cancel or reschedule more than once. ($150 - full recharge)
You are a no-show to your appointment. ($150 - full recharge)

All complimentary touch-ups are subject to artist availability, and it is the client’s responsibility to book within the timeframe.
